If you need SEWA NOC you have to submit two different application for ROAD NOC and Street Lighting NOC (https://eservices.sewa.gov.ae/)
ROAD NOC Requirements

• Official Request Letter
• Proposed Road layout CAD file
• Proposed Road layout PDF file
• Letter of Award
• Utilities Cross Section
• Road Cross Section
• Project Plan with coordinates
• Commercial License

Street Lighting NOC Requirements

• Official Request Letter
• Proposed Street Lighting layout CAD file
• Proposed Street Lighting layout PDF file
• Letter of Award
• Utilities Cross Section
• Road Cross Section
• Project Plan with coordinates
• Commercial License
• Single Line Diagram

If the project belongs to SRTA you need to get approved by SRTA as per their register Designer and Construction.
