How to create pushbuttons in application tool bar in case of selection-screen?

1)Use SELECTION-SCREEN PUSHBUTTON /10(20) PUSH USER- COMMAND 'XYZ'. in selection screen.

2) Provide static name to button in INITIALIZATION event like PUSH = 'Click/Press'.

3) At selection screen.
