How to get DU Design NOC for your project in Emirates of Abu Dhabi?
To get the DU design eNOC for your project to need to approach Du via the Abu Dhabi eNOC portal this is only working for Emirates of Abu Dhabi for other emirates of The UAE they have different way to get Design NOC.

1. First Step need to take approval from eNOC System;

Documents required for Obtaining DU eNOC Approval:

• Official Request Letter
• DU eNOC forms (attached for you)
• Proposed Work (PDF and CAD save the CAD file in 2010 format) only DU proposed line
• Cross Section for Road
• Cross Section for Utilities
• Approved Design Drawing from DU (this you will get during this process of Enoc from DU)
• Appointment Letter/Award Letter

2. Second Step need to take approval from CDP Portal (TPD Approval);

Documents required for Obtaining DU TPD (Town Planning) Approval:

• Official Request Letter
• Appointment Letter/Award Letter
• Final Design eNOC Report/ Certificate
• Drawing of DU Utilities in CAD and PDF file as per TPD format

Once you are done with the above couple of Steps then you are good to submit your approval to client as a complete Approval for DU Utilities.

Note:
This above requirement is only for Abu Dhabi Municipality.
For projects in Al Ain Municipality, you need to get approval from TPD then you can go for eNOC approval.
For projects in Al Dhafrah Region Municipality, you need to get approval only from eNOC approval (as of today TPD approval is not required).
