TAQA Transmission Design NOC and Construction NOC requirement to get NOC Approval form all the entities in Abu Dhabi, you can apply from this eNOC portal.

Design NOC and Construction NOC for TRANSCO / TAQA Transmission can be obtained by first getting the NOI data from Transco NOI Portal and then after getting the NOI you need to apply or submit the requirements in the transaction you had already open to you can apply after preparing all the requirements of eNOC.

1. First Procedure: eNOI Requirements (https://giswebappprdext.adweag.ae/TA...l=%2fTAQATENOI)
   1. Request letter
   2. Project location Plan (pdf)
   3. Award Letter/Appointment Letter
   4. You need to complete the details of the project and Project manager required in front of you as asked in the portal.
   5. And for the map in the TAQA TRANSMISSION NOI portal you can add in different ways;
      1. Placing coordinates (WGS Z40)
      2. Adding by csv file
      3. Selecting by plot and details then draw the boundaries of your project.
2. Second Procedure: eNOC Requirements
   1. A valid copy of NOI letter issued by TAQA TRANSMISSION you have from your first procedure.
   2. Town Planning Sector – Abu Dhabi Municipality – planning validation approval for the works (Route Approval), Approval Letter and Approved Drawings must be attached. (if Contractor)
   3. The layout drawing shows the clear extent of works and Superimposed CAD drawing DWG file (Version 2007) in WGS84-Z40 and PDF files showing clearly the crossing/conflict of your project with TRANSCO / TAQA TRANSMISSION Assets.
   4. Letter to explain scope of works in clarity and the type of NOC (Crossing/Protection / Relocation or both of TRANSCO / TAQA TRANSMISSION Assets).
   5. Detail Crossing/Protection/Relocation Method Statements for ADDC Assets including detail Cross Section in CAD drawing in WGS84-Z40 and PDF files showing clearly the clearance with TRANSCO / TAQA TRANSMISSION assets.

How to do RENEWAL of Design NOC and Construction NOC which you have already obtained from TRANSCO / TAQA Transmission NOC:
Upload same previous submittals along with valid e-NOI and letters confirming that there are no changes in the scope of work in project area.
